Follow Up Subscription for COMPLEX NEW PATIENT: 6 month plan.
6 monthly payments of £150 [total 7 follow ups = £900]

Terms and Conditions:
*** By signing up to this subscription plan you are committing to the full 6 months treatment plan and to pay all outstanding payments in the plan. ***
~ You must book your 7 follow ups at the start of your plan to ensure space is reserved. If you do not do so I cannot guarantee to have space to see you at the desired intervals.
~ Your subscription code allows for 7 follow ups for the same patient, to be booked according to the timings in booking instructions below.
~ Missed appointments are non-refundable, so please be sure to give 5 business days notice if you need to reschedule one of your appointments, and avoid this where at all possible.
~ There are some emergency circumstances under which notice can be shorter and I will book a new appointment for you at 1/2 usual cost. Please email with as much notice as possible and give your reason.
~ At the end of this 6 month plan, we'll discuss another 6 month plan or a shorter plan.
~ If, for any reason, you are not happy with the treatment you are receiving, I am very open to discussing this with you to ensure treatment is well understood and tailored as far as possible to your needs.
Booking instructions:
*** As soon as you purchase your subscription plan ***
~ Book 7 follow ups as follows:
For 3 weeks after first appointment, 3 weeks later, then at 4 weekly intervals for 5 more follow ups.
Early appointments are closer together to establish stability and support in the case. Many questions cannot be simply answered by email at this stage and meetings are more effective.
As things become calmer, we spread the appointments further apart.
If you can't see any availability in the early weeks when booking, please email ih@therapysecure.com and I'll do my best to accommodate you.
